Calling all men—whether you’re handy with a hammer or just eager to learn! We’re launching a new men’s group that will take on light repair and improvement projects in our church and out in the community.
This is a great space to learn new skills, share the ones you’ve got, and enjoy fellowship while making a practical impact.
Sunday Night Meal Sign-Up | Ooltewah Student Ministry
Looking for a fun way to serve our youth, Help feed our hungry students! Every Sunday evening our youth meet in the gym from 6-7:30. Part of our meeting together, is sharing a meal! We start eating at 6pm and go into worship at 6:20pm. You can make something yourself, take on a meal with a group, or order food.

Going Deeper: The Gospel of John | Ooltewah Student Ministry
On Wednesday Evenings, Ooltewah Student Ministry is "going deeper" in fellowship and scripture. This semester, we are going through the book of John, looking at how Jesus lived his life on Earth.
Young Adults | September to December
This group is designed for college students, young professionals, and young adults between the ages of 18–25 who are looking to grow in their faith and build authentic community.
We meet every Sunday at 10:00 AM for Bible study, real conversations, and encouragement as we navigate life, relationships, and faith together. Studies vary and include both topical series and book studies, often incorporating resources from RightNow Media and other video-based tools.
But Sundays aren’t the only time to connect—we’ve got a full lineup of Young Adult Gatherings this fall!
CHURCH CONFERENCE
The Ooltewah United Methodist Joshua Team along with District Superintendent, Rev. Nathan Malone will be hosting a church-wide conference to hold a Congregational vote on:
(a) Adoption of the new Simplified Leadership Model as proposed by the OUMC Joshua Team.
(b) To approve a team to serve as the Committee on Nominations & Leadership Development that will nominate people to serve in OUMC leadership starting in 2026, under the new structure or under the traditional structure based on the outcome of the vote.
All-In: SEEK | Ooltewah Student Ministry
Sunday Night All-In is BACK! Ooltewah Student Ministry meets every Sunday evening from 6pm-7:30pm in the gym. During this time, students enjoy dinner, fellowship, worship, a large group lesson, and small group time.
